Sport, diet and stars

Tuesday, February 7th, starting with 1:00pm, we invite you to the launching of "Sport, Diet and Stars" written by Florentina Opris, who is celebrating 7 years of airing a succesful TV show, at Prima TV.

The launching will take place at Plafar (Baneasa Shopping City), and will have guests such as Professor Ovidioi Bojor, nutritionist Gheorghe Mencinicopschi, Monica and the author herelf. The event will go on, starting with 7:00 pm, at the Ambasador Restaurant.

"Sport, diet and stars" combines valuable information about sport, nutrition, and about how various public people deal with these aspects. As the title suggests, the book has three main chapters: sport, diet, the stars’ opinions about exercising and wellness in general.

The book, recommended by Dr. Gheorghe Mencinicopschi, is a true manual against stress, a plea for a healthy body and an equillibrated life.

It is a material which you will need not only only once, but every time you will be facing certain situations, or when you just need to be reminded of some rules, advices,or exercises. The language is familiar, so that everybody will be able to understand, and it talks about the correct intake of food, about its benefits, and about how we should combine exercise with an equillibrated diet. The explanation of concepts such as lipids, glucids, proteins, and most of all mentioning foods containing these things, is extremely important and helpful to any person interested in having a healthy body and an equillibrated life.
