After almost 6 years of successful activity, period of time where mister Ali Ergun Ergen – CEO of Baneasa Developments SRL coordinated the Baneasa Shopping City operations towards its actual placement, which now is one of the best rated commercial destinations in Bucharest, mister Ergen retires from his executive position at the end of this year, when he will be replaced by mister Georgios Argentopoulos, member of Baneasa Developments Administrative Council.
From the beginning, under the leadership of mister Ergen, Baneasa Shopping City became a benchmark for many retail activities in Romania. Its products and services, along with the mix of tenants established new standards on the local market.
The effective transfer of the executive attributions is scheduled for the month of January, 2012, when mister Ali Ergun Ergen will continue his cooperation with Baneasa Developments as a counselor and he will also start some other professional opportunities.
With this occasion, mister Ali Ergun Ergen said: “This whole time that I’ve been in a leading position at Baneasa Developments, more than 6 years now, was very productive for me and the company and so, along with the support of the entire team, we proved that we can obtain better and better results. We managed to take our performance level as well as the level of the entire local retail market to the next level and I am positive that there is plenty more room to continue in the same direction. Through the consulting role I will take over along with the company in the future, I will continue to bring my contribution to these extraordinary results and I am sure that with Georgious Argentopoulos, who as well as myself has been actively involved in the activity of the company during the past few years, the entire Baneasa Shopping City team will continue to demonstrate that better is possible.
